No Filter Network is compatible with Google Chrome, Safari and Microsoft Edge.
We recommend Google Chrome on desktop/laptop computers and all Android devices.
We recommend Safari on Apple iPhone and iPad devices.
You can stream from a computer, iOS or Android supported smartphones or tablets.
To get the best quality stream for your viewers, we recommend streaming from a computer with the following minimum specification:
To stream at 1080p resolution we recommend having a minimum upload speed of 5 mb/s. To ensure steady connection while live we recommend setting up a wired internet connection.
If circumstances are such that you have to make do with a less than ideal internet connection for your event, we recommend enabling Low bandwidth mode, to give you, your guests and audience the best possible experience.
If you're having video or audio quality difficulties, it's almost certainly an internet connection issue.
If you can, switch to a higher quality internet connection.
If that's not an option, then navigate to your Settings window and enable Low bandwidth mode.
In Low bandwidth mode, No Filter Network will protect you, your guests and your audience from the internet connection issues you're experiencing, by stopping sending you the video feeds from your co-hosts and guests.
So, you'll no longer see the videos from your co-hosts or guests, but that means all the bandwidth available on your internet connection will now be focussed on maximising the quality of YOUR video and audio feeds to the other attendees.
Screensharing will not be affected - you can still share your screen or see the screen share if someone else is sharing their screen.
No Filter Network does have a free mobile app for Apple devices - you can find it in the Apple Store HERE!
Yes, it will. However, if you want to deliver a truly professional and high quality video experience to your audience, we highly recommend investing in a high quality USB webcam, or even a video camera, depending on what you want to showcase on your stream. By investing in your gear you can produce higher quality streams, attract more viewers and sell tickets at a higher price.
See our blog post for more details.
Yes, it will. However, if you want to deliver a truly professional and high quality audience experience to your audience, we highly recommend investing in a high quality microphone. Simple USB microphones are inexpensive and easy to use on No Filter Network. These will greatly improve audio quality and make for a much better listening experience for your viewers.
